Vecino Voice (“we,” “us”) provides AI-powered phone answering and receptionist services to business clients, such as HVAC and plumbing companies. By using our service, you (“you,” “the client”) agree to these terms.

The service

We provide an AI voice agent that answers overflow and after-hours calls on your behalf. The agent speaks with your callers, captures their information — such as name, service address, callback number, and a description of what they need — and sends you notifications by SMS and email about the leads it captures, including calls it identifies as emergencies.

The agent answers calls that reach it; it does not replace your team. You remain responsible for following up with the callers we capture on your behalf.

SMS notifications

By using the service, you agree to receive operational SMS notifications about captured leads at the phone number you provide during onboarding. These are service messages related to your account, not marketing messages.

Message frequency varies based on your inbound call volume. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Note that opting out of SMS means you will no longer receive lead and emergency alerts by text.

Pricing and terms of engagement

Pricing, service scope, and the length of your engagement are agreed separately in writing for each client. Nothing on this page sets or changes the price you pay.

Service provided as-is

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI phone answering is not perfect: calls may be missed, misheard, or misclassified, and notifications may be delayed or fail to deliver. You should not rely on the service as your only means of receiving urgent or emergency communications.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
